At Follica Health, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before reaching out.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- Clear photos or videos of the product showing the issue
- A brief explanation of the reason for your return
Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 1–2 business days.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, in their original packaging, and returned within the 30-day return window.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that are used or show signs of wear, damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling, missing original packaging or accessories, returned after the 30-day return window has passed, or shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos or video of the issue, and a brief description. We will review your case promptly and work to provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
